This week too we continued using zoom for online seminars, This seminar was presented by Bernard,stephen, Biyi explained about one of my favorite topics games , VR, AR. They spoke about the gaming consoles like the Nintendo Switch. About an interactive fitness game called Ring Fitness Adventure. The second topic they discussed was about the VR and VR games. They explained the types of consoles available for VR in the market. As Bernad had already brought VR headset and made us experience the plank and the flying in sky game , so it was easy for us to imagine how the VR can be used in improving the gaming experience. They also shared about the psychological effects in using VR, in horror theme games.
The team organised a quick game called Shell Shockers to refresh us. The experience of playing the game with friends was fun and enjoyable. After a short break we were divided into groups and went to mural boards.

We started with the favorite subjects and selected two major subjects of the student that is Science, History.The Dashboard will resemble a book shelf in VR where the student can select the subjects he wanted to learn like science or history, for Science we planned to build a virtual app for students to learn about the human body. the app also has features like dissection of lambs heart, the controller we have planned is the sensors in gloves so that it will give students a totally immersive experience. For the history section we googled the available Virtual apps for history and we found 1943 berlin blitz, As the user can virtually have the experience of 1943 bomber crew raiding over berlin, the next one is Time looper This application allows individuals to completely immerse themselves in historical scenes from the past. Timelooper can help to place people into accurate historical scenes where they can experience them from a first-person view. We just want to merge this two key ideas into our virtual app so that the importance of history and the events will be a enjoyable learning experience.
